Attic Projects

The team at Attic Projects were unbelievable. Less than 24 hours I had Paul in my home providing me an estimate and now my entire crawl space has been cleaned out, secured from rodents, and sanitized. On top of that a brand new hand built crawl space door. I literally did not have a door this morning and this afternoon…I have a door, thanks to the incredible craftsmanship of Chris! (See picture). Alex and Richard spent the entire day under the very small crawlspace of the house and absolutely went above and beyond. Not only did they do what I expected but provided me with critical feedback about things that didn’t come up in the original estimation as well as recommendations for future projects that I should consider based on their findings. This crew, Alex, Richard and Chris worked incredibly well together and made this project happen with the complete professionalism and incredible service. I hope I never have to call on them again…but if I do I know exactly what I will be getting….customer service excellence. Thank you gents!!

Working with the whole team from Attic Projects has been a wonderful experience given the very stressful situation we found ourselves in our new home. Mark was educational and incredibly thorough. The team assigned to us went above and beyond. Tiger and Angel educated us and kept us informed every step of the way. Tiger was always in communication with updates and we totally trusted his professional opinion when some adjustments needed to be made. They just finished our project and they did an amazing job and would recommend them to anyone!

We live out in the country and this was the only company of three or four companies I called that 1. Called me back, and 2. Service our area. We started our rat infestation project with a thorough inspection in early October 2023 (spoiler-it was BAD), we were able to get financing and the project started the week before Halloween with the initial clean out and rodent entrance sealing and we finally finished with insulation install the week after Thanksgiving. Cat was always really good about scheduling inspections and answering questions as they popped up. Matthew was our project manager, I can't remember all the crews that came out but everyone was professional, punctual, and tidy. It felt like every time we had a quality inspection the guys on the crew would look around, check traps, clean as needed, say it looked good and we should be good for insulation only for there to be more activity either that night or the next day. Everyone I was in communication with were patient and understanding about wanting there to be zero activity before finishing the project. The only downside is now paying for it. Expensive, but totally worth it. Thank you to everyone at Attic Projects for giving us the peace of mind of having a rodent free house! Happy New Year!

Just had Attic Projects complete stage one of the clean out and securing of the attic. Met with Alex who had a team of five guys with him, which were Alex V and his crew: Victor, Jose P., Jose G. and Kevin L. Alex was polite and on time. They appeared to have done a great job, securing the attic and cleaning out all the mess. So far great experience with Alex and Attic Projects. Looking forward to the completion and the next 10 years of piece of mind.

We had a major rat infestation and Forman Tristan, crew members Sergio, and Tony, and Jake were in charge of cleaning out the 30 year old blow- in and batting insulation and ducting covered in rat droppings and urine and did an a amazing job. They were knowledgeable, helpful and effecient. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to be in our home for 3 days. They handled adjustments very well and answered every and any question I had. Communication with Forman Tristan was great throughout the entire process. One thing to note, I would recommend covering all vents when cleaning out your attic with compromised ducting, we didn't do it the first day and the air quality was poor. Day 2 the vents were covered and it made a noticeable difference.

Marco, Alex, Niko, Jose and Richard did an excellent job. Underpromise and over deliver: they finished earlier than anticipated and did a thorough job. We went with Attic Projects because we wanted a one-stop shop to handle both rodent removal and proofing along with attic insulation. And they didn’t use poison which, no matter what exterminator companies say, *does* have deleterious downstream effects in the local environment.
